MAJESTIC LOUNGE
Both the afternoon and, evening dancing sessions at the Majestic Lounge and Cabaret were crowded on Saturday. The orchestra, under the direction of Ivan Perrin, was heard in a nmnlwr ol the latest dance hits, as w-ell as several old favourites. At night, the cabaret presented a gay sight, the coloured illuminations beneath the crystal floor and the various colours of the , women dancers’ frocks giving a kaleidoscopic effect. A feature of the evening were the demonstration dances given by Miss Gwenethe Walshe and Mr. J, T. _ MeCosker. who gave greatly appreciated exhibitions of “The Croon,” the latest ballroom dance; “The Quiokstop” and “The Slow Waltz-”
