£50 “BABY” MOTOR-CARS
Reported Plans of Japan London, April 5. The “Daily Mirror” says that British motor-car manufacturers have received warnings from their Far East agents that Japan is planning to flood Britain's home and overseas markets with £5O baby motor-cars. A specification of the car has already reached London, and it reveals a striking resemblance fo the British Austin 7. The “Mirror” asks how will Britain meet this new menace to her most flourishing industry.
