RACEHORSES BURNED
Trapped in Blazing Stable THREE OTHERS RESCUED By Telegraph—Press Association. Hastings, March 17. ( Fire in W. C. Griffiths’s stables at 2.30 o’clock this morning destroyed the racehorses Mana Gift and White Fang. Three other horses in the building were removed to safety, but two of them, Tareha and Limbohm, were slightly injured. Griffiths was slightly burned in trying to save his charges. There was no insurance on the horses or building.
