Paris to New York in Sixteen Hours FLYING AT 36,000 FEET By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, (Received January 30, 7.55 p.m.). Paris, January 30. M. Rene Couziuet, a leading constructor, has furnished the Air Ministry with plans for an aeroplane with an hermetically sealed cabin designed to attain an altitude of 36,000 feet and a speed of 250 miles an hour. It would be able to fly from Paris to New York in 16 hours. It will represent an important advance toward stratosphere flights. The Hispano-Sulza firm designed the engines.
