Intervention of Boxer
Brisbane, December 14.
Another wild wrestling contest was witnessed in the Stadium between Browning and Bucht. Bucht had thrown Browning out or the ring and jumped after him and attacked fiercely. Those at the ringside were unable to separate the pair until the boxer Delaney jumped into the fray, and, swinging a heavy left to Bucht’s chin, knocked him out. The referee called on Bucht to return to the ring, and, as he failed to do so. being unconscious on the floor. Browning was declared the winner.
