The full amount of the claim, £2B 11/7, was awarded plaintiff in a reserved judgment delivered by Mr. 1?, Pago, S.M., in the Magistrate s Court yesterday in the case of his Majesty the King v. Victor Young. The hearing wash in connection with an accident on August 4, when a car driven by an Inspector of stock capsized on the road between Pahautanui and Porirua through trying to avoid defendant’s Iprry.
