An article of interest displayed at a Whangarei High School fete was a woodwork model made by a pupil having only one hand. The boy, H. Webster, is in the fifth form and the model, a flower stand with four legs and some tnlay work, was worked entirely with his left hand without assistance from his instructor. Several difficult joints were involved in the work.
