DANCE ON MONOWAI
No tickets will be sold at the gangway of- the Mohowai for the “Younger Set’s” dance this evening, so those who have' not yet bought their tickets are advised to procure them at the secretary’s office in the Dominion Farmers’ Building to-day. This dance promises to surpass (he others’given by the “Younger Set,”, and the decorations are expected to be truly wonderful. The ship’s deck will be strung with coloured lanterns, and floodlighting will play a great part in the scheme. “Fathe” Neptune” will be there, and will distribute favours from his sea chest.
Mrs. Webley, who has been on a visit ’to Levin, has -returned to Lower Hutt. Mrs. J. W. Andrews, Lower Hutt, and her children, will leave shortly for Gore, where they will spend some weeks with Mrs. Andrews’s parents.
