CHRISTMAS BANQUET
Business Girls’ Lyceum Club
The Business Girls’ Lyceum Club held ‘ its Christmas' banquet in the y.W.O.A. cafeteria last evening, wften the long tables were crowded with inembefs.- r ' i i’he directors and members of the executive were also present. The rooms, were gaily decorated, with red leaner ribbons, festooned against the walls and held . up . with : sprays of ■greenery. ? .. ' , The most delightful atmosphere of friendliness and goodwill prevailed, and the toasts and choruses were greeted and sung* with enthusiasm. There were short speeches made with each toast, and also with the responses, ajjd glasses were charged and emptied ip the true spirit of festival. Miss L. Hotter was toast mistress, and Miss A. At the-end of the banquet everyone moved over to the Blue Triangle Hall, where there was community singing and general merriment.--The : Round Table . .Club’s." entertainment - and Christmas supper concluded a splendid .evening’s enjoyment.'
