South Island Dairymen EXPORTS FROM OTAGO Dominion Special Service. Dunedin, December 12. All dairy factories in the South Island Dairy Association are in full operation just now, and are having a good season. Weather conditions are favourable, grass plentiful, and no trouble is affecting the herds. Loadings of cheese to the end of November from Otago consisted- of four shipments totalling 2379 crates, as against six shipments of 4961 crates to the end of November last year. The Pakeha has taken 1496 crates, and shipments to come next are:—Hertford with 1500 crates, Sultan Star with 1000, and Tainul with 1500. Of butter there were to the end of November five shipments totalling 10,793 boxes as against five shipments last season totalling 12,586 boxes. The Pakeha afterward took 5532 boxes, and the next vessels to load are Hertford with 2800 boxes, Sultan Star with 2000, and Tainul with 2500.
