Karon Club Meeting A membership of 41 was recorded in the report of the Karori Defence Rifle Club, presented at the annual'meeting of the club this week. - During the past season 22 club members completed the musketry course required by- Defence Department regulations, and all qualified. Thirteen club members had competed at the National Rifle Association’s meeting, and the deputy-president, Mr. H. V. Croxton, had won the King’s Prize. , The finances of the club were reported tq.be in a satisfactory condition. It was decided to hold the opening of the season on Saturday, September 30.
