Packet and newspaper mail closes half an hour before the time of closing ordinary letter-mails:— - FRIDAY. SEPTEMBER 15 Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, for correspondence specially addressed “per Mataroa”; also Central America, British, French and Dutch Guiana. Venezuela, Republic of Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador via Cristobal, per Mataroa, 3 p.m. C.P.O. late fee 4 p.m. Parcel mall closes 1 p.m. Mails reach London approximately Oct. 18. Victoria, Western and South Australia and Tasmania, via Melbourne, per Wainui from Bluff per Rangatlra, 5 p.m. C.P.O. late fee 6 p.m. At ferry wharf 7.30 p.m. Parcel mails for above States, also South Africa, Egypt, India and Ceylon close 3 p.m. SATURDAY. SEPTEMBER 16. Parcel Mails for Fiji, Tonga, Fanning Island, Hawaiian Islands, Canada and America per Aorangi from Auckland, noon. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18.
