Alleged Theft at Whangarei MAN CHARGED AT SYDNEY (Received June 12, 8.5 p.m.) Sydney, June 12. In the City Police Court to-day John Brooks, 30 years of age, a labourer, was remanded* to June 21 on a charge of having at Whangarei, New Zealand, stolen £l2OO from George Montague Poyner. Another man. who has been arrested on the same charge, has not yet appeared before the court.
