PRIZES PRESENTED
Paremata Boating Club Yachtsmen from kindred clubs, together with their friends, assembled in the Paremata Hall on Saturday evening to receive the cups and trophies won nt the Paremata Boating Club's Easter regatta. In presenting the prizes Mr. F. Bradey, patron of the Paremata Boating Club, stated that over fifty centreboard had competed in the various events, and fine weather and, splendid sailing had contributed to make the 1933 regatta the best to date.
The following were the principal prizewinners: Peggy, Bona Jellicoe provincial championship (Berg and Jensen Cup), Josephine Bradey Inter-club Cup, Pennant for fastest time, first-class centreboarders. Lavina, Open. 14ft. championship (Scott Ramsay Cup). Lois, 14ft. square-bilge provincial championship (McKenzie Cup). Noleen, Takapunu regatta championship. Quirke Memorial Plaque. Damfino. Pennant for fastest time, Takapuna class. Tut, Pennant for fastest time, second-class centrebonrders.
