CHANGING WELLINGTON. AN INTERESTING REMOVAL. As a sign of the times, the business world is glad to note a progressive move by an old-established firm, The Excelsior Supply Co. Ltd., late of Manners Street, have now moved into new and larger premises in Esco House, 50-52 Victoria Street, two doors from the Colonial Carrying Co. Ltd. Despite recurrent periods of economic depression, the history of this firm is one of consistent progress. During the past 30 years, in a series of four removals, the business has been translated from one room in Manners Street to its present commodious building which offers the showroom,'office, warehouse and factory space necessary for this company's ever expanding activities. The Excelsior Supply Co. Ltd. have long been identified with the manufacture and sale of Rubber Stamps and Office Supplies. They are also Ink Manufacturers and New Zealand distributors for Sheaffer Pens and Pencils, Showcard Writing Supplies, and “De Vllbfss" and “Aerograph” Paint Spraying Equipment. This forward move by a firm which Is so Intimately connected with the commercial life of the city may well be regarded as a sign that things are on the mend, and should serve as an incentive to other firms to display similar optimism and confidence in the future.
