Terms of New Agreement SIXTY-YEAR CONCESSION Teheran, May 2. The Anglo-Persian oil agreement has been signed. The company agrees to pay royalties of 4/- per ton besides onefifth of the net: profits with arrears of a million sterling. Tlie company undertakes to extract live million tons annually, engage more Persians, and spend £lO,OOO a year upon the education of Persian students in engineering. The concession has a term of sixty years.
