ADMIRAL’S DEATH
Link With New Zealand Expeditionary Force ESCORTED MAIN BODY London, May 2. The death is announced of Admiral Sir Edward Burton Kiddle, at the ago of 67. He was in command of H.M.S. Minotaur, which escorted the transports carrying the Main Body of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force out of Wellington Harbour in 1914. lie was captain of H.M.S. Revenge in the Grand Fleet, and was present at the Battle of Jutland. He afterwards commanded H.M.S. Marlborough, 191718. He was Admiral Superintendent, ut Chatham Dockyard, .1921-23, and retired from the Navy in 1921.
