PETROL PRICES
Reductions Announced The standard retail price of petrol in Wellington City is now 1/11 for first grade and 1/10 for second grade spirit. These rates are a reduction of Id on the prices ruling up to last week. The reduction was made possible by a cut in the wholesale price which the resellers have applied to the price at tho pump. . . These prices apply to the majority of advertised brands, but certain other makes are being retailed at, 1/10 and V 9.
