Funeral at Porangahau Dominion Special Service. Waipukurau, May 2. The funeral of Mr. John Weymouth Harrell, who died from exposure after coming ashore from the wreck of tlie Mispah, took place at Porangahau. .There was a very large attendance of residents and a great many beautiful wreaths were placed on the grave. A last tribute was paid to the deceased by a choir of Maori girls, who sang two hymns in their native tongue. The sympathy of all was expressed to the father by the Rev. Mr. Cameron, who officiated at the graveside.
