MISHAP TO TRAWLER
Rock Touched at Heads While entering Wellington Heads early yesterday morning the trawler South Sea touched lightly on a rock. It was believed that no damage was done, but an examination of the vessel’s hull was made yesterday by a diver. A preliminary inquiry into the vessel's mishap will be held this morning by the Marine Department. The South Sea arrived from the Chatham Islands with blue cod and groper. She experienced very heavy weather while at the Chathams.
