TO MAKE ANZAC BISCUITS Walnuts, about £ small cup (chopped) ; butter, -Jib.; syrup, 1 tablespoon: bicarbonate of soda, -} teaspoon; boiling water, 2 tablespoons; rolled oats, 1 cup; salt, 1 teaspoon; coconut, 1 cup; sugar, i l cup; flour, J cup. Method: Melt butter and syrup. Dissolve the soda iu the water and add to the melted butter. Stir in all of the other ingredients, previously mixed.
