SUCCESS OF FAIR
The success of the Easter Fair depends largely upon the enthusiasm of queen committees and sub-committees. This* point cannot be too strongly stressed. More hands make light work, therefore get to work right away and draw up a list of your friends and relations throughout New . Zealand. Ask them to help you in your campaign on behalf of your favourite Queen candidate.
“Miss Sport’ an’d her committee recently held a garden fete, at which there were many delightful attractions, including parade ofthe children in fancy costumes, stalls, afternoon tea, sideshows, etc. The entrance ofthe. Hula Maidens and the Melody Makers caused great excitement—items they rendered were much appreciated.
