Amphibian in Heavy Seas PASSENGERS NOT HURT (Received Jan. 26, 8.45 p.m.) Melbourne, Jan. 26. A tri-motored amphibian flying from King Island to Melbourne to-day was forced down in heavy seas which were running between the Lorne and Wye River- The amphibian was beached. The five passengers who were on board were unhurt though the machine was damaged.
