MELBOURNE CUP HERO
Peter Pan Looking Well Peter Pan, hero of the Melbourne Cup, arrived back from his spell looking remarkably well. He has built up into a fine type of racehorse, and does not bear the "leggy” appearance as he did as an early three-year-old. So far his autumn programme has not been decided. He is not in the Victorian St. Leger, though there are other events at Caulfield and Flemington that will suit him. For the moment he is settling down to track routine at Randwick in preparation for the A.J.C. Autumn Carnival. He may tackle the Sydney Cup, but nothing is known definitely on that point.
