MASTERTON SHOW
Several new cups have been donated for the 46th Masterton Show. These are in addition to about 4(1 which are now in competition. The secretary advises that entries are now coining to hand freely and it is expected that these will nt least equal those of previous years.' The pens in sheep and lambs have been reduced from 4 to 3. and this should suit farmers. Draught horses are again coming into their own anil the exhibit of these should be better than for some years past. Fat cattle entries so far promised wild make a big display. Accommodation is available on the grounds, free, to those with stock. The association also supplies green feed and straw, and assists with the loading and unloading. Entries for both the show and ram fair close ou January 30.
