Reorganisation Scheme

Cabinet has decided to create an Institute of Industrial Reconstruction with' the object of technically and financially reorganising industries hit by the depression in order to be m readiness for the return of prosperity. The scheme provides for a loan for depressed industries, also for £944,000 per annum for twenty years to assist in the winding up of moribund concerns without undue distress to creditors.
