Scott —Castle A prettv wedding took place recently at* Trinity-AVesleyau Church, AVellington South, when Una Doreen, daughter of Air. and Airs. J. Castle, of AVellington South, was married to Alexander Samuel Scott, AVelliugton. The Rev. Herbert Daniel, uncle of the bride, officiated, assisted by Rev. Bramwell Scott, of Trinity Church, while Aliss Thawlcy played the wedding music. The bride, who was escorted by her father, looked charming in a model frock of parchment lace and chocolate brown georgette and brown hat trimmed with flame ’ and apricotcoloured flowers. She carried a sheaf of flame,coloured amaryllis lilies with streamers to match. Her sister, Aliss Afoua Castle, was chief bridesmaid, and wore pale green figured silk georgette -with bat to tone and carried a bouquet of apricotcoloured carnations, roses and maidenhair fern. The two small bridesmaids, Aliss Peggy Smyth and Aliss Joyce Nicholl, were dressed in apricot, silk net with hats to match and both carried bouquets of apricot-coloured carnations and roses. The little flowergirl, Betty Castle, niece of the bride, wore primrose taffeta and carried a basket of cream roses. Air. J. Clevdon was best man. The reception was held at the home of the bride, 27 Colombo Street, where Airs. Castle, wearing black silk georgette with hat to match, received the guests. • The bride travelled in a reseda green silk frock and coat with matching hat and shoes.
