LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
Provincial Committee The provincial committee o£ the League of Mothers held its quarterly meeting recently. Mrs. Charles White presided. There were also present Mesdames Marshall, Cornish, F. T. Clarke, Anderson, McPhie, Ballard, R. Young, Hackworth, Dawsou, D. G. Clark, Hindmarsh, A. Smith, Guthrie, Fisher, Fortune, Macßae, Hodge, Tucker, Porter, Clarkson, Baudinet, Kersley, Wall, McGown, Misses Craig and Cullen, and Mrs. Ernest Hadfield (hon. secretary). Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames Bruce, Elliott, .Haigh, Harris, Hancox, Jensen, Miller, Noi 4 man, Tate and Miss Richmond. The question of holding a large combined meeting early in the New Year was left to the executive.
