LAWN TENNIS TEST
Australian Team (Received Dec. 13, 9.45 p.m.). Melbourne, Dec. 13. The Australian lawn tennis team for the second Test match with the Americans consists of J. Crawford (captain), H. Hopman, C. S. Sproule, V. McGrath and A. Quish (emergency). At the Victorian championship tourney R. Dunlop and Miss J. Hartigan won the mixed doubles from W. Allison and Mrs. Van Ryn by default. Allison, the American captain, protested and wanted the match played to-day, but the referee disallowed the protest.
