LUSITANIA’S HULK
Salvage to be Undertaken DIVERS IN STEEL TUBE (Received Dee. 13, 7.55 p.m.) Loudon, Dec. 13. The Lusitania has been definitely located where she was sunk by a German torpedo in May, 1915, eight miles off Old Head of Kinsale. Salvage operations will start early in the New Year. The expedition expects to retrieve the limy's safes by divers descending a ladder through Simon Lake’s steel tube. A New York woman has commissioned the expedition to recover a pearl necklace worth a million dollars.
