Waitaki Meet Southland High
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invercargill. Dec. 13. A cricket match between Waitaki and Southland Boys’ High Schools was com-
menced here to-day in fine weather, and will be concluded to-morrow. Waitaki butted" first and made 318 (Paape 12-1, JlcArthur 49, Smith 37, Kerr 27. Watson 21). Bowling for Southland, Uttley took three wickets for 104, and Warburton four for 99. Southland had lost three for 29 (Carswell not out 15) when stumps were drawn.
