' When the British drapers chose Oxford for their Chamber of Trade Summer School it was a good indication of bow seriously men are taking fashion. It was even declared by one of the speakers that the time was not far off. when universities Will establish Chairs of Fashion. Another said that the wearing of trousers by women was a symbol of their changed outlook, foreshadowing the time when women will be the superior sex and the dominant partners in human relationship.
