RETURN OF EX-KAISER
If the People Want Him The ex-Kaiser is ready, to return from bis exile at Doorn to Germany “if the nation calls him.” This was revealed by the ex-Kaiser himself to the Rev. .1. Llewellyn Thomas, after visiting the ex-Kaiser at Doorn. His visits to Doorn have all been at the invitation of the exiled monarch. "My visit has been most delightful.” the vicar told the “Sunday Dispatch.” “I stayed at an hotel in Utrecht, and on arrival found a letter awaiting me from the ex-Kaiser. informing me that he would send his car for me ou the following morning. “I was welcomed at Doorn like an old friend and had a most enjoyable day there. The ex-Kaiser referred to the attempt being made in Germany to secure the return of a monarchical Government. and said: ‘I will return if the German people want me. but not otherwise.’ ”
