Dwelling at Marton By Telegraph.—Press Association. Marton, Nov. 19. A coroner’s court was engaged all day yesterday investigating the circumstances of a fire in a dwelling owned and occupied by Mrs. G. T. Avery. Senior-Detective Quirke, of Palmerston North, appeared for the police, and Mrs. Avery was represented by counsel. Tbe insurance company was not represented, it being intimated that the claim was not disputed. After lengthy evidence the coroner reserved his decision.
