Death in Hunting Field. Major-General Cator, general officer commanding the London district, died on Friday in the hunting field in Wiltshire He had a heart attack while galloping across a field, and fell dead from his horse. He served throughout the Great War, and in 1916-17 directed the attack of London territorial troops on Passchendaele Ridge. He was 55 years old.
