PRICES OF WOOL
Yorkshire Advice to Growers PRODUCTION COSTS London,. Nov. 18. The “Yorkshire Post,” commenting on Mr. S. M. Bruce’s speecii regarding the Commonwealth Wool Committee’s report, says that any attempt to uphold wool prices to a level higher than competition would ordinarily maintain them at is foredoomed to failure and fraught with possibilities more serious to the Australian market than any other. Yorkshire users are not convinced that wool production costs are incapable of further modification, and urge the growers to concentrate on that.
