COURT OF APPEAL
Divisions for 1933 In accordance with the Judicature Amendment Act, 1913, the Court of Appeal consists of two divisions, each with five judges. The divisions for 1933 were gazetted last evening, and the constitution will be as follows:— First Division.—The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), Sir Alexander Herdman, Mr. Justice MacGregor, Mr. Justice Blair, and Mr. Justice Kennedy. Second Division—The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), Mr. Justice Reed, Mr. Justice MacGregor, Mr. Justice Ostler, and Mr. Justice Smith.
