NEGLIGENCE CHARGE
Motorist Not Guilty By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Nov. IS. After a brief retirement the jury found Charles O’Brleu, commission agent, of Hamilton, not guilty on a charge of negligently driving his car and of causing the death of Robert William Money, aged 72 years, at Hamilton East on August 30, The case was a sequel to a fatal collision between accused’s car and a small cai", driven by Money’s daughter, in which her father and mother were passengers.
