Mr. J. R. Kirk, M.8.E., of Gisborne, was yesterday re-elected chairman of the Dominion Council of the Boy Scouts’ Association. Mr. Kirk, who Is a member of the Sydney board of directors of the Australian Provincial Assurance Association, Ltd., left by the Maunganul yesterday afternoon - after presiding at the annual meeting of the Dominion Council of the Boy Scouts’ Association. He is to attend the meeting of the board in Sydney.
