SERIOUS CHARGE
Charged with indecent assault on a young girl, Frederick Charles Samuel Swain, labourer, aged 27, was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence by Messrs. M. Hodgins and G. A. Chapman, J.P.’s, in the Lower Hutt Police Court. Accused was represented by Mr. N. T. Gillespie.
