HURTS PROVE FATAL
Boy Hit by Hammer By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Nov. 18. The boy Gavin Stuart, who was injured by a hammer at the sports meeting last night, died this morning. Deceased was hit on the side of the head by a 16-pouud hammer which had been thrown by an athlete named Campbell while practising on McLean Park at the conclusion of a Napier athletic meeting.
