Ltd., Reefton, against William Hill, architect, Grej/mouth, and Duncan Angus McVicar, butcher, Blackball, to determine the rights of shareholders to participate in the profits of the plaintiff company, judgment was given in the Supreme Court last week that the dividends were to be paid on the amount of subscribed capital held by eacli member. The company had agreed to pay the costs of the application.
