Fall in Registrations A decrease of 7381 in the number of motor-cars and motor-trucks registered up till September 30, 1932, as against those registered up till the corresponding date last year, are shown in tables supplied by the Motor Vehicles Registration Bureau. Motor-cycle registrations decreased 2494. Figures for the Wellington district reveal a decrease of 1949 for cars and trucks and 380 for motor-cycles. Figures for the main, centres are as follow. Last year’s numbers are given in parentheses:— Wellington.—Cars and trucks, 16,087 (18,036) ; cycles, 1919 (2299). Auckland.—Cars and trucks, 27,000 (27,939).; cycles, 4122 (4386).
