RT. HON. J. G. COATES
Full Auckland Programme Dominion Special Service. Auckland, Oct. 28. A representative gathering of Coalition supporters met the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates on his arrival from Wellington tills morning. It is Mr. Coates’s first visit to Auckland since his return from the Ottawa Confqresee. This morning and for most of the afternoon the Minister was engaged in departmental conferences. He left later for Fukekohe, to attend a dinner and give an address on the Ottawa Conference. To-morrow Mr. Coates will leave for Matakohe, where he will spend the week-end. He will return to Auckland on Monday evening in time to attend a dinner in his honour at the Auckland Club. He intends to go back to Wellington on Tuesday.
