Application to Board
An application is to be made to the New Zealand Broadcasting Board to broadcast, reports of the finals of the New Zealand bowling tournament in Wellington in. January. The executive of the council of the New Zealand Bowling Association met on Wednesday, when the suggestion—which was approved—was received from the Auckland Centre, which advised that it had already made application to have the final of the Christmas tournament in Auckland sent over the air. If the Broadcasting Board agrees to the broadcasting, it is likely that a similar application will be made by Wellington Centre, and also South Island'centres. f
