McConachy-Newman Billiards London, Oct. 26. The scores in the billiards matches are: —Lindrum, 14.468, including breaks of 355, 390, 558, 536; Davies, 14,375, including a break of 448. McConaehy, 10,001; Newman, 9593. The McConachy-Newman match provided a thrilling finish. McConachy began the session 200 behind, and nearly overtook the leader with a break of 187. Later, he led by 250 with a break of 287. which „ ended twelve minutes before time. Newman gave himself an outside chance by scoring 160 in eight minutes, and then missed a simple red loser.
