GOING TO HOLLYWOOD
’’POM WALLS, the popular English x comedian, will go to Hollywood soon and Ronald Colman will make a picture in England. These arrangements are the outcome of the aliance madetoetween the famous American company of United Artists and the British and Dominions Film Corporation, writes a film correspondent. The American company is to give world’wide distribution to the British firm’s pictures. American artists and technicians will go to England for some of the films, and certain of the English artists will proceed to Hollywood as story requirements dictate. The American company is particularly anxious that Tom Walls shall visit Hollywood soon, and a story is already under consideration for him. Tom Walls says that it is likely he will go this year. Anna Neagle, who was seen here recently with Jack Buchanan in “Good Night, Vienna,” is also expected to make films in Hollywood under the new agreement.
