TWO MORE FINDS
T)IANA SINCLAIR, a young amateur U stage player from Philadelphia, has been given the leading feminine role opposite Eddie Cantor in the screen musical comedy “The Kid from Spain.” Miss Sinclair has not been seen on the screen nor has she played a part on Broadway. She was born in Dutch Guiana. South America, but went to Philadelphia at the age of 10. She is not yet 20. has coal black eyes and dark hair and is an accomplished dancer. Jean Sorel, the young French girl, too. is being coached for a screen career. She will also make her debut in the Eddie Cantor picture, “The Kid from Spain” in a role specially written for her. Miss Sorel was a show girl in the Chester Hale ballet at the Capitol Theatre when Samuel Goldwyn first saw her. She is studying acting under a tutor as schooling for a more ambitious part in “Cynara” when it is done later in the season.
