LADY JELLICOE CLUB
Annual Meeting at Wanganui The annual meeting of the Lady Jellicoe Club, Wanganui, was held on Friday afternoon in the club rooms, where spring flowers, flowering currant, japonica, and masses of bulbs were artistically arranged. After the meeting the president, Mrs. H. Bayly, entertained the members at afternoon tea. The club finances were reported to be in a most satisfactory condiiton, and the new season promises to be very successful. The election of officers resulted as follow President, Mrs. H. Bayly (reelected) ; vice-president, Mrs. U. Williams ; general committee, Mesdames A. G. Cross, L. Barron, D. Mackintosh, C. W. Horne, Misses Strachan and Parsons; bridge committee, convener, Mrs. Gardner, Mesdames H. Bayly, W. Merewether, T. Oldaker, T. Blennerhassett, Misses Parsons and Murray; garden circle, convener, Mrs. H. Lewis, Mesdames Barron, C. Baldwin, D. Blyth, K. Cave. Misses N. Murray, and Strachan; social committee, Mesdames T. Blennerhassett, T. Graham, W. D. Gibson, A. Walker, A. A. Barton, and W. C. Wall.
