COFFEE FAMINE
Threat to North America Vancouver, August 14. North America is threatened with a coffee famine, although Sao Paulo is full of coffee and the United States Grain Stabilisation Corporation owns more than a million bags, acquired by wheat exchange. The shortage is due to the Brazilian Government closing all ports in the State of Sao Paulo since August 11, following the revolution.
